Coming from a holistic background, I am VTCT/ITEC qualified in massage to Level 3 in 2008 and from there I studied Sports Massage Therapy to Level  3 and Level 4,   Along with these qualifications I have also completed courses in Hot Stone Therapy and Thai Foot Massage, as well as Pregnancy Massage and Reflexology.  As I qualified in Homeopathy in 2002, I like to use this when treating some sports injuries as I find it often speeds up the healing time.

I have spent time with students and teachers at The Dance Station in Bristol treating complaints such as shin splints, rotator cuff injuries and hip/lower back to name just a few.    I have treated people from many walks of life from professional footballers, to office workers, the Armed Forces, sports people including kick boxers, long distant runners, to dancers, musicians, archers, regular gym people triathletes and those participating in Iron Man events.

I spent time with the Unleashed Kickboxing Club based in Taunton at the ‘South West Showdown’ at Castle School in which participating fighters travelled from North Devon and Wales to compete, in which I performed both pre event and post event massage on our Taunton fighters.

I love my job, interacting with new people on a day to day basis, building up a rapport and making a difference.
